This is a no-risk venture – you don't pay unless we recover revenue. The cost to your department is 15% of collected revenue.

You will also receive:

A monthly Excel spreadsheet detailing current incidents and the status of each.

A full-hearted attempt to recover revenue from incidents dating back 2 years from the date you contract with PAFRS. Even if you were working with another billing company on these incidents, we will use our expertise to attempt to collect where the other company failed.

Real-time email whenever our office recieves a check for your department.


Please note – Collections for incidents more than 6 months after to the incident date will be charged 35% of total revenue collected. This additional percentage is to cover the additiontional amount of work/follow up required on these claims.
